For automatic packaging in cans.
Consists of:
-Robust frame on which are based all the group’s systems.
-Step rotating disk that aligns the cans to each processing station.
-Lid feeder.
-Two phases seaming system.
-Conveyor belt that transfers the cans from the entrance to the rotating disk and from the rotating disk to the exit.
-Touch screen panel where all the group’s operations can be adjusted.
Optional functions:
-Real time weighing system that controls the filling system’s operation.
-Dust absorbing system.
-Can’s virating system.
-Gas flushing system.
-Vacuum - gas flushing system.
-Base for inkjet printer.
And works as follows:
The user places the empty cans on the rotating entrance table without order and the stack of metal caps in the corresponding slot of the machine.
The cans are transferred to the to the rotating step disk and to the above processing stations : -can filling -lid placing on the can -can seaming –exit to the rotating table.
